Tillamook Board of County Commissioners proclaimed December to be "Impaired Driving Awareness Month". In a single year over 1.4 million drivers are arrested for driving under the influence.

In 2009 1 in 3 motor vehicle fatalities tested positive for drugs.
Along with Drugged and Drunk Driving, distracted driving puts the lives of those on our nations highways at risk. When texting, answering a phone call or engaging with other devices people are taking their attention off of the road.
